On March 1, 2025, I had the pleasure of joining the amazing Alí Salcido on his Al Final radio show for its 220th episode on UdeG. It was an incredible experience to talk about my latest album, Blue Skies, and the journey behind it.
Listen to Al Final Episodio #220 with Séa Byrne Radio Show
Inside Blue Skies
During our chat, I explained how Blue Skies is about embracing both the highs and lows of life. “This album is about growth, overcoming challenges, and finding hope,” I shared with Alí. The album blends indie folk with tropical rhythms and electronic vibes, giving it a fresh “Tropical Indie” sound that marks a new evolution in my music. I’m thrilled with how it turned out.
The Creative Process
We also discussed my songwriting process, and I opened up about how personal and vulnerable it can be. “These songs come from real, lived experiences,” I told Alí. “It wasn’t always easy to write them, but putting those feelings into music allowed me to understand and move through them.”
Live Performances: That’s Why I Love You & Fortune
One of the best parts of the show was performing two tracks live: That’s Why I Love You and Fortune. Performing in such an intimate setting was truly special, and I loved connecting with the listeners through these songs.
What’s Next?
Looking ahead, I’m excited to announce the release of my new single, Liberation, launching on March 28, 2025. It’s a track that explores freedom, personal growth, and breaking free from the past. I can’t wait for you all to hear it!
If you missed the 220th episode of Al Final, you can catch it on UdeG’s website. And don’t forget to check out Blue Skies, out now! A huge thanks to Alí for the wonderful conversation, his ongoing support, and to everyone who tuned in.

Interpretaciones en Vivo: That’s Why I Love You & Fortune
